How Pre-Orders Work

When you pre-order from BITES, you’re securing your piece before it’s produced. Each garment is made intentionally and with care — no mass production, no waste.

Timeline:

• Pre-orders close once the collection sells out.

• Production begins immediately after.

• Shipping starts around [insert estimated week/month].

Changes & Cancellations:
You can update your size or cancel within 24 hours of purchase.
After that, production begins and changes aren’t guaranteed.

Refunds/Exchanges:
Because pre-orders are made to order, returns are only accepted if:

• The wrong item was sent, or

• The item arrived damaged

In those cases, we’ll make it right. Just contact bitesartstudios@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
