When will my order ship?

Can I change my address or size?

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Only if there’s a mistake on our end (wrong item or damaged product). Otherwise, all pre-order sales are final since each piece is made specifically for you.
How can I track my order?
Once your item ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
I used an ambassador code — will it still work for pre-orders?
Yes. All valid BITES ambassador codes can be used at checkout during pre-orders.
Do you ship internationally?
